Our Promoters

Kapil Agarwal

CO-Founder

Kapil is a veteran with close to four decades of experience in leadership positions and has been managing companies spanning sectors like Oil Drilling, Technology, Venture Capital Financing, Gaming, Logistics and Media, amongst others. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and is inherently a turnaround expert.

Kapil became the youngest CEO in Modi group at the age of 30 and was subsequently part of the leadership team with Apollo Tyres Group. His last assignment was as Joint Managing Director with UFO Moviez where his expertise resulted in turning around the company, launching multi-country operation, establishing its leadership position in these countries, acquiring and integrating multiple companies with UFO and successfully raising capital right

from angel stage (2005) to Venture Funding (USD22mn, 2007), Growth Capital (USD60mn, 2011), IPO-OFS (USD100mn, 2015) and post-Covid Sustenance Funding (USD13mn, 2021).

Kapil is also the founder of Buxaout Advisory LLP, which is actively engaged with a number of international companies based out of North America, Europe, Australia and the Middle East, operating in sectors as diverse as Media, IOT/SAAS, AI, Cyber Security, Digital Cinema etc. Buxaout, with Kapil’s expertise and extensive network of relationships, is acting as a catalyst in helping these companies grow their businesses beyond their existing markets, particularly in India.

Kapil is a recipient of the CA Business Leader Award – SME Sector, 2013 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and more recently Special Achievement Award from IMAX Big Cine Expo in Chennai and the Business Excellence Award from Indywood Billionaires Club (IBC) in Mumbai.

Satish Chandran A. R.

CO-Founder & CEO

Satish holds over 18 years of global leadership role experience across Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Government Relations, P&L Management, Business Development, Management Consultancy, Partner Relations and Investor Relations

Satish was last placed as the Managing Director to Aries Group of Companies overseeing multiple portfolios under the company. Apart from his global experience and exposure with many MNC companies, Satish was also placed as the Regional Director to DMGT (Daily Mail & General Trust, UK) office in Singapore, overseeing their APAC operations.

He has worked & travelled extensively around the globe (52 countries and 72 cities) and was placed short and long-term as part of projects in the US (California), UK(London), Germany (Munich), Singapore, Dubai (UAE), Thailand (Bangkok) & India (New Delhi).

His expertise highlights, finding joint venture partners, setting up offices in a new territory/ country, building and leading teams, business development, cultivating and nurturing relationships with government bodies, national and international oil companies/associations, etc.

With over 10 years of experience in the Middle East, he holds an extensive business network in the region. Satish is also an awardee of the prestigious “Top 40 under 40” by AVGC & “Most Influential Young Leaders 2023”, curated by Economic Times.
